Fastest he's ever gotten to 4 Tour wins in a season(yes, including GOAT 2000).

More FedEx Cup points already than last year entering the playoffs and he was #1 heading into the play offs.

Most individual PGA Tour wins in history.

The list goes on.

Lol haterzzzzz.
Hey first to admit it when I was wrong I think I will be wrong about winning another major also. PGA seems to have a solution to Fans phoning in Tiger's rules violations, Just dont show the shot again. Johnny must have been told not to talk about it either. Heck why not drop the ball on the green Tiger? Any other player we see the angle 17 ways and they let the player know.

So again I will say I was wrong that Tiger Wouldn't win again

Did we ever see the overhead shot from NBC?

No hard feelings for Sergio he shows about as much class onb the course as Tiger

Where's Leo when you need him? Would love to see a "today's players are pussies" tirade after this.

It's hilarious how you (and some others) always think I'm wrong. You want to face me heads up in a golf knowledge competition, just say the word. You want a piece of me heads up on the golf course for cash, just say the word. But you won't because you know you're woefully ignorant about golf history and suck beyond belief on the course.

And yes, HU4ROLLZ comments are completely silly on the internet, but I'm sick and tired of the ****ing idiots here. I've got better things to than debate the finer points of a sport you buffoons will never understand at a high level. And ignorance is fine, no big deal, but you need to understand how ****ing stupid you really are.

I'm outta here, enjoy reading racist golf advice from those who can't break 100 and have nothing better to do than post stupidity hundreds of times per day.

BO
Not getting in the middle of the actual argument, but this post itself is pretty silly. You've made the same threat about leaving due to everyone here being an idiot tons of times before. Yet, you continue to come back

Either go ahead and leave permanently, or stop with this type of post.

Oh. It is coming. Lingmerth not going eagle-ace-birdie evidence that today's players are far worse than those of the golden ages of when they were younger and fell in love with the game's then prominent players.

get em tiger! sick win. i hope this propels him to winning the us open.

sergio hitting 2 balls in the water on 17 and being +6 on the last 2 holes is one of the best chokes i have ever seen.

lingmerth did well to get 2nd, but how about jeff maggert? 49 year old average pga golfer who hasn't won since 2006 plays arguably the best 4 rounds of his career (besides hole 17 in round 4) and gets 2nd for over 700k, when he's low on the money list. definitely a well deserved check that will allow him to play on the pga tour when he is 50. good for him

This really wasn't even a "choke" on Sergio's part imo. He came up a yard short and hit it on a perfect line on a very difficult hole. He also would have most likely had to have won in a playoff anyway. Kinda funny that Maggert had a GOAT round, yet Sergio "choked" when Maggert's shot on 17 was far worse than Sergio's.

I still do not believe Tiger took a proper drop on 14. He dropped pretty far up there imo. Here is where Phil dropped earlier in the week and then where Tiger dropped today:

If Sergio gets up and zone from the drop area, pars #18, and finishes one behind Tiger, it's "Eh, he went for the pin and missed. Gutsy effort." But he hit it in the water THREE times - that's a choke. (And I like Sergio fine.)

Think what you want. He won, the on course reporter agreed it was fine along with his playing partner and his caddy. The hole is 457 and he had like 257 in. Its not like he dropped super far up there. Haters gonna hate

Agree with Cdub. Really what more could you ask for? TIGER winning, some low ranking player having a great tournament, MAGGERT contending, and the long overdue choke by LOL SERGIO.

Oh yeah, and the jimmies of a few commentators rustled because of TIGER.

And if you want to make a point about Tiger's drop, tell the PGA to actually proactively police their own game like every other professional sport instead of creating these ridiculous scenarios and controversies that would never happen if they did police.

After the first one went in he was done. 18 was irrelevant.

according to this pic he hit a dead straight pull into the water? That was definitely not what happen. He hit a high hook so he started it out on a line that was crossing some land and he eventually crossed the hazard line as it kept hooking. Never saw Phil's shot

If it was Phil it would be Phil cheated to win from the Tiger Lovers. I am curious why NBC doesn't show the shot a bunch of times to see if the can figure out were it crossed. Did Tiger even see were it crossed as he looked away after he hit the drive knowing it was horrible.

Congrats Tiger you won with potentially another illegal drop. Even Johny Miller thought it was bad and he is a Tiger Lover

Please quote at anytime on here where us Tiger lovers attacked someone else for a rules thing. We never have. You haters just try to use that as an excuse. One again the on course reporter watched the shot and had as good of view as anyone and also agreed it was fine. Johnny Miller says some dumb **** so I really could care less what he said
