I'd like to know what was said from the gallery to push him to do something like that. Still no excuse but these galleries are definitely getting a little out of control. Wouldn't be shocked if some moron American found out he was from South Korea, confused it for North Korea and was riding him all day or made some out of line remark.

Pulling for Spieth today. Kid holed out from 127 on 1 for eagle and then pitched in for birdie on 3. Talk about a dream start. Tied for the lead now

Im guessing weather is supposed to be bad there hence the early start it seems?

As for this Bembenick guy, if you do a quick google you'll see that he lost a playoff for club pros that would have gotten him a spot in this tourney. Then someone pulled out and he had hardly any prep time. I'm pretty sure everyone here who has ever been an assistant pro has said that people in that position have virtually no time to work on their own games. I'm sure if he had more prep time he'd have played much better.

I wouldn't have cared if he dropped out, but I'm not going to criticize him for sticking around. He earned his spot; this isn't some hacker getting an undeserved sponsor's exemption.

Tom Watson shooting 68 on the PGA TOUR at 63 and nobody is even surprised a bit. He said he wants to compete until he's 70 just so he can hit ''that shot when it counts''. What an amazing player.

What an idiot. You can obviously be a good golf instructor and still shoot terribad.

So tilting to see Tommys two gloves. It looks weird. But sometimes on the course I also want two gloves, especially when it is hot and my hands are sweaty.
