Yeah, okay Miller Time. You'd still be on tour if you could make a three foot putt. It might be time to call it a career in the booth. Put Jacobson in the booth already.

Holy bug-eyes Stenson, keep those shades on man.

RyanLavnerGC: Tiger on Sergio incident; "Not real surprising he's complaining about something"

RyanLavnerGC: Sergio, upon hearing Tiger's comments: "it's fine. At least I'm true to myself."

That's true. I remember Bubba crying once about a par 5 that he couldn't reach with D/D. Like, the dude doesn't understand the concept of a 3-shot hole. What a weirdo.

Yeah, Bubba used to be a real hothead until his caddy confronted him about it on course. Bubba was steamed up about something and his caddy called him a 'bad Christian' and threatened to walk off. In the end Bubba thanked him for it and turned into blubbering Bubba.

And now he's a good Christian supporting people explaining why God hates gay people. Hallelujah.

He probably did those things when he was a hothead too, but I don't really care what these guys do off course. I'm a golf fan who is indifferent to what these guys do off course. Bubba can thump a bible as hard as he thumps driver and the drives are all I care about.

Approximate current odds per betfair - Tiger was about 34% coming into today, fwiw:

Tiger (-10 thru 14 holes) - 41.0%
Sergio (-10, 14) - 15.4%
Stenson (-10, 16) - 12.0%
Lingmerth (-12, 17) - 9.8%
Mahan (-8, F) - 3.4%
Palmer (-9, 16) - 3.2%
Maggert (-9, F) - 1.7%
Lynn (-8, F) - 1.6%
Wittenberg (-9, 17) - 1.5%
Westwood (-6, 15) - 1.4%
FIELD - 8.9% (every other golfer is individually <1.0%)

I guess something at -13/14ish will be the number. All the talent at -5/-6 (Rory, Sneds, Oosthuizen, Dufner, Stricker) isn't completely out of it, but they'd need to pull a Castro to make a run.

Christianity aside, watch the guy when he's not playing well. He bitches and moans constantly. Just yesterday I remember him getting all ticked about someone moving or camera clicking.

Sergios a baby, true. But what do you expect from someone whose never had a job, has tons of cash, tons of exposure and dates the world's hottest chicks? We should expect him to turn out the way he has. What we should really be wondering is how the hell Adam Scott turned out as well as he did.

I love Bubbas golf game. He's actually one of my favourite players.

But his 'Lol - I have to think/say this because it's in the Bible though I can't personally make a rational argument for why it is so'-stuff tilts the hell out of me.

At least take the responsibility of standing for what you say/express - claiming you have no choice because the Bible tells you to, is the nut low.

watching on tivo, and not sure if stenson going to play that chip from the green (apron between his ball and the hole).

wouldn't he be better to just wait till tomorrow? any pin placement is likely to be better than that for him. who's to say tomorrow's pin won't be 10-12 feet from where his ball is now.

i'm assuming all players would give some consideration as to where tomorrow's pin may be. not sure if there's huge repitition on pin placement for each sunday or not.

but surely tomorrow's pin placement would be better for stenson than the one he's aiming for now.

i agreed with the commentators that palmer should have played his ball off the pin needles. adrenaline and who know's if it's wetter tomorrow morning.

Yeah Sergio is so different than other guys on tour.

Most of these guys have grinded for minimum wage at Zipp's Burger Shack and dated fuggos while crafting their game at the par 3 course on the wrong side of the tracks.

Lingmerth's night is going to suck, huh? He'll probably get about 2 hours of sleep, come out at the crack of dawn to play the hardest hole on the course, then wait 6 hours for his tee time (and maybe play with Tiger.)

Lingmerth's last ten starts: 8 missed cuts, a T50, and a T51. LOL. He did lose a playoff at the Bob Hope earlier in the year though, so I guess he has *some* experience to draw on tomorrow, though it's obviously not in the same ballpark.
