Had the right idea but he didn't even hit the putt where his caddy pointed.

I just got back from Riviera and that had to be one of the better sporting events I've been to recently. Great play and a lot of fantastic holes...at least half of the holes are great/easy live watches. A lot of the good stuff including the range, 2, 3, 9, 10, and 18 are within close proximity of each other which is nice. From the hill at the 1st tee you can see like 6 holes all at once from above which is awesome.

#10 is so fantastic -- Proof that every course needs a well-designed short Par 4

Sick shot by Donald. Crazy how close people stand to the trees. Wouldn't like to see a straight pull into the tree lol.

An inch and a half of snow is yet more proof that the season doesn't really begin until they get to Florida.

Couldn't have said it better. I wish I could travel the three stops in Florida.

Brandel Tardlee just said that, while Ian Poulter's GIR stats had been like 150th or worse 4 or 5 years ago, that his "confidence and attitude" couldn't be measured, and aren't reflected in the stats, were both top 10.

2 things wrong here. He's saying those nebulous traits can't be measured, then claiming they were both top 10.

And saying they aren't reflected in his stats is dumb. If the assumption is that being confident helps you hit better shots then that is already accounted for in the stats. That is to say, his stats would be worse if his confidence and attitude were worse.

LOLLLLLLLLLLLL Sergio. What a tard.

3 putts from 12 feet to lose the hole to Jaidee, who lagged yesterday from like 70 feet to a foot, for par.

SERGIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Romo isn't even the best golfer of all the starting quarterbacks in the NFL. Sam Bradford is better and imo has a much better head on his shoulders for the mental part of golf which is obv important if they were to try and take it to the next level.

Yeah Bradford has really shown us about his mental game as he's played on awful teams year after year.

hmm Well I've played a handsful of golf rounds with him and had the chance to talk with him a decent amount during his college days in Norman. You know when he lead a team to the National Championship game and won a Heisman award? Not that any of that is very relevant to being great at golf....but you said he has played on awful teams year after year. When talking about these guy's mental games in sports, you definitely would need to look back through their youth as well.

I can tell you Bradford is as calm, cool, and collected as they come. The man doesn't appear to tilt. Like I said though.. in my opinion... I just don't have the same experiences to go by with Romo. Anyone with connections?? I'd love to play with him too. He seems like a fairly chill guy too but does have a rep for a choker (I'm a cowboy fan)

All that said I just wanted to point out Bradford since many people may not have known that about him. His family has talked about him wanting to be a professional golfer before, and he would have started on OU's golf team if he wanted. The basketball team too fwiw. The guy is one of the most natural athletes I have ever seen. Very smart also, graduating with honors.

He may not play as many flashy TV pro ams or of dated Jessica Simpson. But I would be shocked if there was ANY pro athlete that would have a better chance to make it at pro golf than Sam Bradford.

I mean, it's a pretty pointless argument, but obviously they are both stellar athletes. Romo was Mr Basketball in Wisconsin growing up and could have played in college if he wanted. He also plays competitive soccer in the offseason.I highly doubt either one of them have any shot at all of being golf pros, but I suppose if they had dedicated their life to it starting in college the chances aren't 0.

As far the whole Romo "choking" thing. That's about 90% media driven non sense. He's the highest rated QB of all time in the 4th quarter, has tons of come from behind victories, and all sorts of other crap that doesn't really prove much one way or another. He's had plenty of great games in big spots, and has also had some bad games in big spots. Just like most other QB's.

Not arguing here but is this really true? If so thats pretty nuts but I guess its not too farfetched when your team is always losing in the 4th lol. Think the 4th quarter QB rating is definitely one of the most LOL stats in sports, its pretty much throwing out the first 3 quarters but thats definitely interesting
