I bought his DECADE app a few months ago. Its not cheap but its been well worth it.

Todd Mitchell shoots 67 and fails to sign scorecard, DQ. I'm pretty sure that is covered in Rules 101.

I guess there is a negative correlation with ability to shoot low scores and ability to get the scorecard properly signed. (Minjee Lee a recent example) I'd prefer the former, because the latter should not be too difficult to learn, right?

Chris Crawford had the substitute caddie, Todd Mitchell failed to sign his scorecard. Two different events.

36 holes at Riviera and both shot 135. Ghim with one "bogey" all day, a 5 on the converted par 5 to 4 1st hole, and he won that hole.

Often the final has some scratchy play coming after 9 competitive rounds in a week. This has been really really good.
