That's kinda why I have 9 iron in the bag. That should handle all of the par 3's for me. I could possibly go down to 8 but I like less than full shots better with the 9.
These par 3s make it tough to not have a short iron. If the longest one was 135 I would just go with a wedge of some sort, but it might be giving up too much to try to hit a 50* or 54* wedge super thin and get it an extra 50 yards to the par 3s.

With the longest par 4 playing 389 I would be very tempted to take driver and blast it as close to the greens as possible. Especially considering that there are probably some in the 320 range if that's the longest. Also, if you have like Driver/8iron you might be able to get to the par 5s if they are shortened enough.

i guess if the course is short enough i could go 3-wood, 52 degree, putter.
the amount of water hazards/deep bunkers/deep rough etc is also super relevant. the tougher the course, the less likely i am to have a putter in the bag.
I'd want a putter if possible, but that's mainly bc I wouldnt trust myself to make anything over 5 feet without one and would be scared of 3 putting from anything outside of 20 feet even if it was pretty straightforward. If I spent a few hours practicing the week of the event I would feel comfortable gauging speed better with another club though.
