I'm not saying what's right or wrong, but adding moving parts to something that can be reduced to something simpler sounds like you're making it harder than it needs to be.
Assuming you're righty if I remember the clips you've posted correctly, if you grip way down on the club with your left hand, like almost to the metal, and then took your right hand and "clamped" the part of the grip that's sticking up against the inside of your left forearm, this should force you to take the hands out of the swing and you'll feel the shoulders doing all the work.
This image is close to what I'm talking about. What I mean with the right hand is actually wrapping your right fingers around the left forearm to kinda clamp the grip against the side of your arm.
Also, I know technically the club releases through a putt, but I think if you simplified the motion down to its base parts, you'd take a lot of the guess-work and variance out of your putts.
