seems like that travel bag you linked wouldn't be able to fit your tour sized bag?
i know several folks who have used fed ex to ship their clubs back and forth at about the same price as paying for baggage on a flight.
if you think you'll make more trips in the future, i also have a friend that has the sun mountain clubglider journey and loves it.

this is the entry level sun mountain travel bag...you can end up spending more.
a little off topic but thought i'd bring it up since i mentioned sun mountain. i'm a big fan of their stuff, and if you play fairly often in wet conditions their H2NO series of waterproof bags are amazing.
https://shop.sunmountain.com/waterproof-series.html i really don't like fumbling around with umbrellas on the course and there's no need to cover this bag with an umbrella because when the rain hood is on you could probably spray it with a fire hose and it would still keep things dry. i use an H2NO bag all winter and switch to a lighter sun mountain stand bag in the summer.
