Is it possible that the golf world has found its next Tiger Woods? Is it possible that this player does not play on the PGA tour, but plays on the LPGA?

No. She lacks the ability to scare people off any chance they have of golfing good before they even tee off. Tiger could dominate a course and the tournament. When his name was on the top of the leaderboard going into Sunday everyone else knew they were playing for second.

That said I am a huge Lydia fan and she is pretty awesome. Just watch her interview about going to the Masters last week just to watch. She truly gets golf and is great for the women's game but no one is Tiger

lydia fan and lpga fan...

but i don't think she has the ability to intimidate and/or overpower the competition as TW did.

speith might be a better comparison to lydia. both of their games are a bit streadier than their opposition....

He did that good interview I forget when but in the last 6 months where he said it. I think he was saying it in context of he won all 27 or whatever number of AJGA and national junior events he played that year.

well since this is a golf forum and the title of thread is a somewhat general statement, i figured golfing results would be a good place to start.
