Am sure many will look at the final round scores and go "lol women's golf" when they have zero clue as to how difficult the course was playing with the conditions. Especially liked Miyazato driving it 300+ downwind on 16, then into the wind on 17 hitting the same drive and it might have gone 200.

Anyway, since last year's thread got almost 300 replies, only half of which were me talking to myself, let's talk about the 2013 LPGA season. The tour is looking better, with 28 events worldwide. Sponsors appear to be pretty happy. There are marketable personalities in Yani Tseng, Sandra Gal, Paula Creamer, Suzann Pettersen and Natalie Gulbis from the neck down among others. A lot of other winners like Ai Miyazato and Na Yeon Choi are awesome too. I'm super impressed with how far NYC's english has come and it seems like a lot of the other Koreans are really making an effort to be more accessible to USA#1 fans.

I kinda lost some respect for her last year the way she treated that girl in that super long playoff. Officials asked them both if they wanted to try to finish in the darkness or come back the next day.

Paula immediately defers to her competitor and in a peppy voice says "It's up to you - I'm fine either way" (lol @ that. It's up to both of them.)

Then when the girl said she wanted to finish in the morning Paula immediately slumped her shoulders and in that typical female whiny voice said "Really??"
