Greg Castleman was Angel's instructor early on and is in a few of those videos. Greg taught the Mac O'Grady method and was noted for his success with several kids. Unfortunately He and Angel's mom had some kind of falling out when Angel was around 11.

they showed a korda swing side-by-side to michelle wie's swing..... what has happened to MW's swing? was so beautiful as 14 year-old, now it looks mentally painful if that makes sense.......

i am definitely a MW hater but watching that swing is just LOL. did MW do that to herself? or did leadbetter do it? speaking of which, haven't seen lydia ko in contention much since she switched to leadbetter.

I think it's a combo of Leadbetter, mental things, parents, and her health. All of that combined for sure hasn't helped.

Ko switched away from Leadbetter, not to. I think they nailed it on the telecast as a combo of coaching switch and equipment. Also parents involved too.

I'm starting to think that meddling parents are not a good thing!

She likes to tinker and be different. Led and her parents did not help either. She should have been learning how to win and dominate vs women instead of almost making cuts with the men. I mean it was an amazing thing she did at the Sony but it did nothing to get her ready to win.

It is almost like poker back in the day. I was never great and always played 1k+ man donkaments but started grinding 180 mans and winning those often which only breeds confidence and you do better against huge fields. Sports is no different

And just to get home the points her ****ing parents ruined her.

went to check if brooke henderson made the cut........ lo and behold, she's in 2nd place, one shot out of lead. 63 obviously helped.... interesting to see whether the leads gets to that 11 or 12 under that one might expect or if it remains about the same.
