Did I just see Lexi break a rule or do I have the rule wrong?

She was putting from the fringe and proceeded to pick up or move something, looked like sand from in front of her ball, couldn't tell if what she moved was on the fringe or barely on green

This had nothing to do with the rule book. It was a local rule. All players and caddies were handed a sheet of paper with the local rules. All they had to do was read it. Pure stupidity on their part!

It's time for J.Korda to start dominating and challenging for #1 in the world. Whenever she's in contention she looks like she can't miss, and then she disappears from leaderboards for months at a time.

Maybe JKorda passes Lexi this year. Similar games, but Korda has maybe the best swing on tour IMO. So many solid LPGA players it is becoming increasingly difficult to dominate.

This week the LPGA moves to Singapore for the playing of the HSBC Women's World Champions. It will be difficult to duplicate last year's exciting finish when Inbee Park (in spite of bogeying the final hole), hung on to beat Ariya Jutanugarn by one stroke.
