Though let me add he creates his own issue here. Why could he not have stopped and done a quick interview with any reporter that might have been there. He could have said "I am having some issues with my achilles and not sure what it is. It has been a long road and back and do not want to risk anything further till it is medically looked at. Thank You I need to get treatment now"
I get a kick out of the media also giving us a sky shot of Tiger driving down the road. Reminded me of OJ. I am surprised they did not cut out from golf and show us his drive home
Total frustration is my guess. He didn't want to go inside for sure and give an interview so he knew he could have a word via his people quick. Probably a bad call not simply saying something in the parking lot but also a nut low point potentially too. At that specific moment he didn't know what the diagnosis was and could have really been fighting in internal battle....who knows, he might have just been crying like a pussy and didn't have it in him to give an interview without really breaking down. Because, not only have I seen Tiger in shorts, I have seen him cry on the golf course.
He was probably 15 or so playing in an AJGA at the Woodlands. I was on the first tee and had a few minutes and saw him coming up 18 and I had never seen him before. He airmailed the green by 30 yards and when he walked by me he had a frustration tear in his eye. He then proceeded to hit the most completely dead chip/flop shot to about 6 inches....and I have been hooked ever since.
If you haven't ever cried from frustration from this game you haven't given it your everything. I know it has brought me to tears god knows how many times.
