Is golf really that much more fun for you scratch players when you spend as much on balls as on greens fees?

I've used the same ProV1x that I found on the course for the last 3 rounds. I was going to retire it tomorrow.

I would gladly spend double or triple the amount on green fees to play a nice course than pay like $25 to play a crap course. Its way more fun when you can putt on greens that roll true and hit out of fairways that actually have legit grass on them!

I think his point was about paying so much for balls, not greens fees.

lol i misread it but same concept still applies. Golf becomes much tougher when you play a ball that is no different than playing a rock and will not spin

Alright up for sale is a 2011 Bettinardi BB1 340 gram putter. I got this putter in July and spend 300 on it so looking for 200 for it but you can probably get me down a bit. Its 32 inches long at the moment and is extremely flat so you will probably have to take it to a golf shop to get it bent to how you want and probably extended if thats what you want too which is why im flexible in price. It has an orange iomic grip on it (may be the nicest grips in golf at the moment). Its in good condition. Have the original headcover for it which these alone sell for decent money. Really great putter and anyone will be happy to have it. Can post pics of actual putter if there is interest Looking for paypal/chase/check. Looking to sell a R9 TP 3wood, 13*. Fujikura Motore 85 X-flex, 42.5" D4, winn G7 grip. Headcover included. Looks pretty much new. Face, crown, top are like new. Bottom very minimal wear/scratching.

Have a set of Mizuno MP32s with Stiff KBS Tour shafts. These clubs are sick as well as the sick shafts. KBS is on the rise for people dont know. Set was just regripped with red Golf pride Tour Wrap 3g grips. Set comes with 4-pw and they are in pretty good shape.
