I've played with numerous tour pros on Torrey Pines including LPGA players. I'd say LPGA players would have an easier than average time at Torrey. The girls play junior world on Torrey North (now redesigned) and played from the white tees, which is not that much different than the tournament tees in the tour event there. The winning score is always under par with man rounds in the 60s.
Torrey Pines, both courses, would be favorable for a female to make a cut because they are very easy courses to score on missing the ball in the right spot. You can shoot under par easily hitting 8 or 9 greens as all the greens slope back to front, and the up and downs are easy because there is no trouble in front. Hitting 270 there is probably an advantage as long as you in the fairway. The greens are huge, hard to three putt from below the hole, and you have plenty of room to run the ball when you get caught out in the very thick rough.
Now you are never ever shooting 63 on the South hitting it 270 under tournament conditions, but a scrambling 69 or 70 is not that hard for a good player with a strong short game, and the North is (or at least was), very easy. Pretty much all LPGA players can shoot <68 on the North on a good day.
