My usual miss is a push/push slice. I struggle with overall consistency and generally shoot in the mid-upper 80s.

I notice my head lowers on my back swing a little (especially noticeable in the last iron shot) and is something I am aware of and have been working to correct.

Any other thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks!

Nice sound effects. I like that.

Your head is moving all over the place and your swing is very very flat.

You have a backstreet boys golf swing.

You "rock your body right"

Keep your spine/neck/head from swaying right during the backswing.

For a visual reference. Grab a beer can, set it on a table, and just twist it around, right and left. You can copy that motion as you stand vertically- and it's very easy to let your spine be the axis as you twist your shoulders and hips.

For the golf swing, you just squat your knees a bit and lean forward from the hips. At address your spine is tilted forward and gravity pulls you a bit so it's much harder than you think to maintain that twist around the spine. It's necessary for you to focus on that.

Your spine and head must not sway around- that is why you hit the ball all over the course. Rotate around your spine and let your knees and feet do all the work of transferring the weight from center to right to left during the swing.

If you're doing it right, it will feel totally different- because you're coming from a baseball bat heaving motion and going to a rotating motion. But once you get the hang of timing things in sequence, you'll realize how easy it is to swing consistently by rotating compared to swaying and heaving.
