hes one of 4 guys capable of winning by 5+ if he plays well and the other superstars arent out of their minds as well. Spieth, Rory, and Day are the others. Obviously other guys can win, but I don't see anyone else lapping the field on that course.

BW is the worst person period! He is so disliked on tour and people that have met him just don't know what to think he is that odd. Watching him in Hawaii one year his plaing partner kept rolling his eyes the crowd loved it. Ya he hits amazing shots etc...but any goof that talks about retiring after 10 wins what to drink ice tea and read the bible with your man hands wife..jfc to give this guy title of professional is a disgrace to other pro's.

BW definitely comes off as a weird guy. I want to like the guy, because he's interesting, and most pro golfers are so painfully dull. But by most accounts he seems to be a d**k, on balance.

No arguing his talent though. He plays great at courses he likes, so he's got to be a favorite at Augusta.

At the moment I don't see who would have more equity there. That could change if Rory or Spieth get it rolling during the Florida swing though.

JFC I'm gonna Bubbatroll you guys so hard all year. The guy has more talent in his baby finger than 99.99% of the pros on the planet and you say he's a disgrace because of some of some personal predilections you don't like? LOL go follow your cardboard cutout of a pro around for a few more rounds until you fall asleep from boredom and maybe you'll wake up to the facts by then.

In the meantime here's something for you to chew on.

You're not trolling anyone (so far at least) because nobody is arguing the point you're repeatedly making.

Nobody is saying he can't play fantastic golf - his game doesn't even enter into any of it. He can win every single tournament for the rest of the year and it still won't change anything. It's not about his game or his results.

If you find someone who thinks being gay is a sin and who is constantly whining and yelling at his caddie and blaming him when he himself hits a bad shot to be awesome, then that's not trolling. It's just having a really strange opinion of awesomeness.

Who needs talent in their baby finger anyway?

If Bubba putts as well at Augusta as he did at Riviera, it's his tournament to lose.

Feelin good about lefty this week and going into Augusta. This is as good as he's looked early-season in a long long time

re: Lefty
yeah, he looks very good out of the gates for 2016. T-5 or better at Augusta a very legit possibility imo.

What is the record for SGP in a round on pga tour? McNeill 6.839 (currently) today the best I've seen, but not something I look out for

The probability of a lefty winning at Augusta this year might be higher than any other.

Spoiler:
and that's not even counting Mike Weir...

Charlie Hoffman had 7.22 (RBC Heritage, Round 3) in 2013
No clue if that is all time or anything but best I found after 3 mins on google.

Possible. I wonder how much money in real equity that vote last year calling him most overrated player has cost PGA players. Such a beautiful example of FU motivation.

I'm sure Butch has a pretty good claim to a fair chunk of that equity. Ricky has reached a whole new level under Butch. (as most players do)

For sure, not to mention he was already a good player. Some of it does seem like FU equity though.
