Hole 5, Davis's drive goes left and barely stays dry, has to pitch forward. Will goes right, has to punch in between two trees. If it carried about five more yards it would've been on the green, but it just catches the rough and ends up in the fairway short of the green.
Par 3, Will on the green but a long putt. Gets it close. Davis lips out from the fringe--I thought for sure it was going in--then both guys make short par putts.
Both in the same bunker on the next hole. Nice out from Davis, then will almost holes his! Looks like it was overhanging the lip. Great shot. 7 feet or so left for Davis, he sinks for the half.
Shuttles from 9 green to 10 tee. Ship goes to sit on the back of a cart while holding the push cart. Driver mashes the gas, stuff starts falling off and ship has to run the push cart over to 10. Will post a pic later.
Both players with hybrids in the right side of the fairway on 10.
Davis hits his approach in the rough just off the green. Great chip to 3 inches, par. Will on the green about 20 feet out, leaves it short, sinks for par. AS through 10.
Will's approach goes short and right of the green in the fairway. Davis wedges it in close. Will chips it a little too long, misses the par putt. Davis sinks the birdie when he only needed a two-putt. Will is one down.
