Requiring local caddies seems pretty old school. The Masters hasn't even done that for decades. I assume they won't do that when they play the US Open there?

Yeah they won't do it for the US Open. They are a super old school highly private place so no surprise. Pretty sure that was the first time the course has ever been shown on tv. Doesn't the Masters still require the Am's to use a course caddie?

Not since I can remember. Kuchar's dad definitely caddied for him when he was an amateur in the late 90's.

Ship - can you provide some information as to what direction Will is heading with qualifying tournaments for the Canadian tour, Latin America or what? Any PGA sponsor exemptions on the table? And is he going to announce an equipment deal or is that still being worked on?

Good luck to him. I love what it shows that he's leaving school early. That he knows what he wants to do, and that's where his heart is. I hope to see him on TV soon.

Got a Sponsors invite for Pebble this week and I think I saw on Scott say on Twitter he's playing with Romo for his amateur partner - who is a member at their home club
