I think you'll find Jack made 6 birdies in a row.

Time for VJ to join the Champion's Tour full-time. It was a nice ride, but.....

LOL. Did you notice the post a few days ago that points out he finished top 10 last week? He also won just short of a mil last year on the PGA Tour which was in the top 100.

And he made the cut. What'd he do today that made you say that, AK?

Amazing sequence from Villegas there... wow

Oh my from Stenson out of the fairway bunker there. Announcers not giving that one the credit it deserves.

Gary Kochs voice drives me absolutely insane. I dislike him more than any commentator in any sport ever. Rich Learner close second.

Amazing Hoffmann is still in it given how bad he's played on the back. Clutch birdie from Every on 18 there, playoff at worst with a good chance at winning outright

Hoffmann melting down. All kinds of bad thoughts allowed to creep in when you take as long as he does to actually hit the ball.

Come one stenson, hole it

AHHHHHHHHHHHHWWWWW fawk

What an incredibly bad chokejob by Stenson. Atrocious putting all day.

Suck it, Stenson.

How much did the tee shot OB at 18 cost? Had to be around $150k

Good for Every BTW. Good to see one of the fast players having a big day.

I liked the part where they talked about how Every has a short term memory. I wonder how he ended up with that???

Unless you consider top 10s are >= wins on the Champions tour, and he already has a T10 and T12 this year.

-His game (world class tee-green and horrible putting) does not give him a distinct advantage over the old guys, who turn those short courses into putting contests;
-I'm sure he wants to continue competing against the world's best;
-He has exemptions to 2 majors, and probably wants to stay sharp playing long courses (which are still in his comfort zone);
-There is no substantial monetary incentive on the senior tour;
-The senior tour adds nothing to his top 125 exemption for 2015-2016, which he still has a decent chance of attaining;
-He's made over $73 million playing golf, he can do whatever he wants.

I imagine we all have our least favorite golf announcers. For no apparent reason I used to love to hate Bob Murphy. He would mangle words quite frequently and had a voice that I could not stand.

When they made the mistake of having Murph read the cue card introducing the Snoopy Blimp, it was almost always high comedy (it invariably would come out something like "Sloopy").

YMMV

P.S. Honorable mention to Steve Melnyk.
