I'm a U.S. citizen that lives in Panama, and I have some questions that hopefully someone can help me out.

1. If you're a U.S. citizen that lives in another country, is it possible to open a neteller account?

2. If you're a U.S. citizen that lives in another country, is it possible to open a partypoker or other gaming web account that has ban us residents?

Thanks

I've tried and apparently party poker and neteller don't want my money. I've even sent local driver license, utility bills, etc. Most of the time I never hear back and then I write again a month later and again nothing. So it may be possible but the people who work for them are too ******ed to handle such a request.

Are you saying you tried to get your old accounts unlocked, or did you open new accounts?

1) Open new accounts with current address on them.
2) Open Local bank acct
3) Have util bills/other proof of address
4)????????
5) PROFIT

EDIT: There is a long list of 2nd/3rd world countries on Neteller and PartyPOker's don't touch list. TBH, afte neteller ***** me so hard I wouldn't want to give them any custom anyway.

it can be done, it aint easy. party is much easier than neteller, for them you just need address/phone number and maybe a utility bill. for neteller you need that stuff plus an id card, all from the foreign country. and i think maybe some other stuff. i'd also bet a handsome sum of money that if you ever logged in from the us to neteller you'd be toast
