Hello im looking to relocate from Mexico to play live poker in Latin America. Where is the best place to play live poker in Latin America? Country? City?
Where is the smallest rake and good safety?

Not a lot of bigger games in LATAM, Punta del Este in Uruguay had $2/5 before Covid, that might be your best bet

Bogota had some good 1/2 or 1/3

I was half joking but what cardshark said is correct. There are not a lot of grindable games in Latam that I know of, low limits, high rake, not running regularly, taxes, rampant cheating are some of the problems you may encounter.
Re:Bogota was that before or after Covid?
I was there recently but didn't have enough time to check out the games, I know the games in Cartagena are dead, at least in Bocagrande/Centro, I checked that two weeks ago, all the casinos either had the poker closed or were closed altogether
