Hey guys, anyone has experience on playing in any of those locations? I plan to travel to MX soon, but I would also need to grind during my trip. Therefore I need to know if I can rely on the internet for working. Is it ok to play online poker with wifi in Puerto Escondido or Tulum??

Puerto Escondido comes up a lot in r/digitalnomad and most people seem to complain about the internet. Not sure if it's just slow or also drops a lot, but the general consensus seems to be that it's not a great spot if you rely on solid internet for work.

I spent a week in each of those places around a decade ago, and the internet was fine for me. Tulum has grown a lot in the past few years, so I'd expect them to have pretty decent internet.

Im also looking for places in Mexico for grinding online. Found some good wifi reviews on some airbnb locations in Puerto Escondido. Is there any reliable mobile internet option?

Usually hotel internet is never good in Mexico so I would say dont count on that
