if youd rent this you would be in the south tip of phuket so when ever you go somewhere it is going to be a bit of a drive. distances are kinda big in phuket. you got some nightlife and a lot of good restaurants around already though but any malls/biggers super markets are far away (30min+ drive)

i am not sure about your intensions but if you are looking to rent this place at least see it in person first. you also have much better chance to get the price down without going through this website and i am sure there is some air in the price.

Was wasted when I posted that, didn't check the pictures well enough (and obv didn't check the numbers).

I think it's really nearby my place, so it's possible the house is on a long ****ed up road. That's one of the reasons why you should always check out a place in person.

You can also see that the pics made by the computer aren't the real deal. There is quite a big difference between the real rooftopview and the fake one. Makes it also really unlikely you will have a view from the bedrooms.
