I'm heading to Dubai with a good mate at the beginning of February and am looking for recommendations/things to do while we're there.

We're mostly going to be watching the England vs Pakistan test match but tourist advice would be helpful.

Also, is online/live poker illegal in Dubai? Assuming so

Spent a few days there about a year ago.

obviously there is some great shopping there, not just at their huge malls but the markets as well.

I really enjoyed the Atlantis Waterpark.

Burj Khalifa is a bit overrated/overpriced but was still cool.

reserve a trip to the top of the Burj in advance, tickets are sold out 1-2 weeks before hand online. Otherwise you'll have to spend 120$ pp to get up. View, isn't really that great since Dubai is really like a barren desert.
