she texts me and invites me to come sit with them, i try to get her to meet me somewhere else away from her friends but she insists there

i go back, she is super shy and her friend does all the talking (one of the key reasons i hate meeting with a friend) and her friend then tells me that was the FOURTH time i have given her my number

i have done it twice to maybe 5 or 6 girls... 4 is definitely my new record

one of the most ridiculous things ive ever encountered

before i moved paul B wanted to bet me $100 i wouldn't actually show up on the day i claimed

i said i would happily bet him but hate betting with people i dont know in the online world cuz they wont show up or pay..... so as long as he comes up with a fair solution where we both can be assured the other would pay i would do it

flying to PP then i would get a shared taxi from central market. the bus takes two hours longer and you're waiting around for it to leave at a set time. plus a shared taxi drops you at your destination at sihanoukville (saving you paying a tuk tuk $3 to get to your hotel from the bus station) and it's a cultural experience. last time a passenger sat in the drivers seat, while the driver put a cushion on the center console and straddled the console and passengers thigh while weaving in and out of traffic on the highway. at least you die quick at that speed.

i have traveled by multiple buses in a single day from sihanoukville to bkk and it took 16 hours (sihanoukville to koh kong, cross border, hat lek to trat, trat to bkk). i left my hotel at 7:30am and didn't arrive at my bkk hotel until 11:45pm. it felt like i had been on a long-haul flight.

however, the good thing about going overland was being able to smuggle extra alcohol across the border. while immigration was harassing and searching everyone with a backpack on their back, i walked through with my scotch, vodka, and additional vodka in a 1 liter water bottle. a simple dress shirt and sensible piece of luggage can do wonders.

finally no poker stress, just chillin, earning a bit more then i spend, loads of free time.....

instead for the last 4 months ive had a headache on like 95% of days, i cant remember the last time i went two days in a row without a headache, i am taking pills damn near every day

i wake up with them like half the days, wake up on life tilt


much harder to happily approach a girl and smile....... ive pretty much given up on headache days

much harder to text and be interested in what they say

much harder to close the deal when they are here
