anyone know of a legit maid service in rosarito? Probably need to just find somebody's cousin/sister that is a local in need of $$, but we want someone to spend ~10 hours every sunday to clean the place and cook us meals.

Oz - bring a couple grand with you imo. You're gonna need 1st/last & security deposit for a place. At least 500-1k each for a bank account (I guess you could open a joint account), and then you need to get a cell phone, food, drink, life money.

Man, looks like I could get a really nice place in Rosarito. I was pretty set on Cabo and now I'm looking at these places reconsidering. Only a 3 hour drive from where I am now in santa monica. Prob get some really nice buds here being so close too... ****.. decisions.

How's the location on this? Price is great for what you get, I could afford to live there by myself until the roommate situation got sorted out. The listing is old but doubt the price of housing in that area has jumped a bunch.

I was actually going t oget a palce at Bobby's by the Sea. They looked nice. But I was worried about the internet because the owner said their internet was shared and only wifi in most rooms.

The internet is actually pretty decent the longest it's cut out for was about 2 minutes. A few times a day it will cut out for 10 seconds. Soon were getting our own line installed.

Which internet company is everyone going with down here. I have telnor and im paying for 10mbps and when i did the speedtest it says that im getting 3.4mbps. I called them and they told me that is the fastest speed I will get in my area and that they are working on some stuff to get it faster. Is anyone getting anything faster out here? My roommate and I both 24 tables, so im afraid its going to be to slow or laggy for us. Any recommendations will help.

My wife talked to a lady at boby`s yesterday for rentals. ( I think somebody like kristal.. ) She told her that `you can not install your own internet in your condo` did she just make it up? we really liked the photos of the condo...
price was reasonable..

do you like it down there? and do they provide own mailbox for each condo?
