Do u guys who moved there recently feel out of place when u go out for drinks or dinner?

Or is there always a lot of Americans/Tourist everywhere you go?

I used to go there frequently but since they started requring passports i heard it killed a lot of the partying down there?

Anyone lose their power? All of the BLVD lost power for miles here for over an hour at least. Was crazy seeing the whole city pitch black.

Lol, the power went out at like 9am here. So I just went to bed at like 10:30. I'm trying to stay on a similar schedule because the mornings/early afternoon hrs here are best for grinding the euro fish.

P.S. I got my PS account officially approved. If anyone is depositing on stars or has some extra money to do a XFR for cash/bank deposit let me know.

Are there any legal requirements to have Mexican car insurance on a USA car (it will have USA insurance)?

I'm thinking about just parking/garaging my car while in Mexico and only driving it the 30 minutes or so it takes to cross border and get to Rosarito. And the rare trip back into the USA.

Also thinking about getting a cheap scooter/moped to cruise around. Are people using those things down there?

no, and it's cheap as balls

no, occasionally people have ATV's. Why are you so averse to driving your car though?

ahhh that was my first time uploading pictures. that isn't hard, i thought I had to make a photobucket account and ****. Anyways, Las Olas is insanely nice, and not to sound like a salesman but I actually believe the realtor that this place won't last long at the price, so if anyone is actually interested, get on it. I'll give you the realtor's contact info

I'm not sure why I see my post listed under the id thefuture22 but just a 2+2 error.

But I just didn't want to drive my car in Mexico. I just wanted to blend in and not be driving a USA tagged car day in and out. Plus I didn't want it stolen nor did I want the head ache of dealing with a car accident in a foreign country. I'd blend in easily in Mexico, I'm thinking my car wouldn't so would rather just garage it while there.

oh I see he re-posted my question from other thread.

Is Las Olas only 2BR condos or do they have 3BR and 4BR places?

The 2bd is the norm, but they do have 3bd, and the 4 bd is the penthouse's.

I am in the same boat. I am getting jealous to be there, but I just got a bunch crap to sort out here in the land of the not free.. I hope to be a part of it soon. Seems like November/December for me though.

Gl to those who are there grinding the WCOOP!

Surf today anyone? Me and jake had talked about going, maybe driving down to K38.
Glad the swell looks like it's over, rip currents were gnar and waves were too big for pansies like us anyways
