Yeah last time I crossed, the dude was a huge dick. I'm sure if I didn't have my passport I would've gotten some ridiculously thorough treatment.

anyone know of a bus, Van, or Shuttle that goes from Rosarito to tj and back? Where to pick up? Pricing?

Maybe Miguel has some insight?

Hello: Mexicoach is the service that I know. Goes from the Rosarito Beach Hotel to San Ysidro. Please check their website for rates and hours.

Did a 5K USD wire direct from Stars to Santander....

Good news is it was real fast...requested on Sunday, processed yesterday and in my bank Tues morning.

Bad news is I was credited $64,791.85 pesos, which is ~ $4735 USD according to google. Looks like the wire fees were the same as the $500 transaction, guess the currency conversion f's us.

Ya, that's pretty sick and about what I figured. 8-9% by the time you get it back to USD.

Seems like you got hit even more this time.

You think Moneybookers is gonna be better? What's the reason for the currency vig, just because they can?

When you buy the pre-loaded Telcel aircard at Walmart - is there a way to check online what your remaining data is? I see reference to texting/receiving a text, but not sure how to do it that way for an aircard only.

Why though?

Also, is there a way to change your default currency on MB?

this would be the reason for looking into getting a USD account at a mexican bank. You need FM 2-3 to do this.

Would stars concierge be a cheaper way to "cashout"?

That only works with FPPs right? Can Stars even do concierge for US products and services still?

When you concierge an item, they take out your FPP's and put cash into your PS account. So it wouldn't really help with cashing out.

Oh and btw, you don';t need a fm-2 or 3 to get a USD mexican account. Just a utility bill in your name. I recommend Santander.

What utility bill did you show them? They told me that electric or gas in my name (not Telnor) was required.

Have you done any wires? Also, what games do you grind/SN if public?
