Had planned to go to rosarito few months ago but didn't and stayed in canada. Is it going to be very tough to find a place in july, august since its peak season? Has anyone from the last few years had issues finding short term rentals such as 3 month or even less in rosarito in july, august? I spoke to one person who stayed at rosarito and actually got a month to month lease at a place but they left rosarito and this was few months back and this was not peak season


From what i read, most ppl come in september because thats not peak season? Better to come september then? From many ppl i spoke to, only 1 person was able to tell me they found month to month and everyone else said they had to do 6 month lease at least. Strange how its like here as oppose to canada since its easy to find month to month here in canada without any problems.

My house closes on July 8. I'll prob drive from VA to to San Diego the third week in July and chill with my buddy there for a week or two or until I find a permanent spot in Rosarito. I'm going to eventually sign a 6 or 12 month lease, but am down for a one or two month spot if there is something convenient avail. I've got a really chill 100 pit mix, like banannas, and have 4 surf boards.

I've been grinding 2/5 and 5/10 live full time for a couple years now. I'll prob take 1 and 2 week long trips to vegas every other month or so and grind cash,stt,mtt's otherwise.

Just wanted to show some love to my real estate agent here Mario Navarro. When I first got here he drove me around town, took me to a few stores to get stuff, and explained how to pay bills and what not.

I also had a few issues with my place that he took care of asap with no hassle. Always replies to calls or emails within the same day.

So if you need a good realtor to find some stuff here keep him in mind.
