Have you been to the office in park lleras. One street to right of hooters. Go down the small incline street in front of royal Thai. You almost walk street into the bar. Place is packed every weekend.

-they kicked out a couple poker players from one of there units.(from what i heard from the security and from what they told me. it seemed justified if what they told me is true.lots of noise compaints. fighting the security gaurd bringing hookers back.filming the chicks on video posting on youtube. even though the rules are horrendous in that building( i brought a friend with me to celebrate her bday . i had a cake with me went at 8pm security wouldnt let me in because no women allowed after 8pm.martin helped us out with that though . big ups to martin!

- property manager COMES INTO THERE APT EARLY MORNING AND TELLS THERE MAIDS TO WAKE THEM UP CUZ THERE GETTING EVICTED FROM THE APT. - spoke with barry and ended up speaking to ruben the one with anger issues. spoke with him on phone he wanted to fight me the first second. saying "who is this i will ****ing kill you." where are you ill fight you.

Hey tony those guys you don't have the whole story on ok. Threatened to beat up the porters. Threatened Ruben. Had hookers over. Up all night playing poker. Moving furniture yelling and screaming if they won or lost a poker hand. Had a hooker shoot a video and post it on Facebook from my bar. So no problem tony if you think there right gladly look elsewhere. Professionalism goes out the window when you get us a $400 building fine. Plus I don't have a 4 bedroom I own I want to rent monthly to the poker crowd ever again.

me- ruben should never have reached to there level, he should have the bearing to have a level head. and keep it proffesional. they showed me a video of him yelling at them cursing.. that is not how a property manager who has clients should ever act. my maid told me yesterday he was kicking there luggages and computers. i only had one experience with that building, i went there at 8pm with my girl and a birthday cake, the porteria would not let me into there place. saying they dont let women past 8 or 9pm. it was about 830 pm i showed the porteria a birthday cake , , even showing the reservation at a restaurant we had at 10pm. the porteria ended up calling the cops on me. i am the most non agressive solution finding person.extremely respectful. even the neighbors went to my defense, a tall chubby fellow about 65 years who owned property in the building.

barry i have my two maids, telling me what happened saturday, you can believe me or ruben, if you want to take his word. i am fine with that. but instead of just disregarding what i have to say you can do some due dilligience. ask my two maids what happened last night. ask the porteria. ask the neighbors what they heard. dont just discount my complaint as sticking up for my associates.

Fwiw, I am not one of the people who rented from them, but they are friends/I have heard about the situation extensively.

Seems legit :P. So does threatening women in a professional setting, and destroying customer property.

I run a business as well, and have never stopped being professional with a client, even in the case of 5-figure theft. There's no excuse for it, ever. I don't care if they caused thousands in damages to the apartment. Just outline the situation, give notice, evict them and charge them for damages.


I've had 0 problems with a landlord in any country. I have rented a ton of high end places, and will never contact you/tell my friends to do the same. (and my friends are definitely not all poker players.)

I told the guys everything and I mean everything when they booked Casa Loma. Instead of acting like mature young professionals that Play poker for a living they wanted to just yes me an then do whatever they wished. If they would have taken a thread of responsibility and said sorry we will try and fit in here in Colombia better I could have worked with them. Prior to arrival we ran around to secure them a 4G modem. Paid for it for a year for them to have a second connection. (They actually stole this). While here there antics included being up all night.(not really a problem).

Then it starts, one of them throws a condom out the window lands on the balcony below. The building gets crazy and starts demanding that no girls go up to the apartment. What's there response? It's my fault? They threaten to assault the doorman when they come home drunk with 3 street looking rags at 4-5am says the phone calls that wake me out of bed at this hour.

One of these sweet young men has this hooker over in the day when there not giving as many problems with the girls coming and going. She posts this video on facebook.

So I try to talk to them about it through my manager ruben. He goes there to discuss. They tell him to wait around two of the guys are playing online poker and get this he should just stand around waiting for them to stop playing on the ****ing computer. Again not giving a **** about the rules. He tells them they got to calm down they basically laugh at him and do what ever they wish anyway.

The apartment gets a 440 Fine....For threatening to punch the doorman when he tried to stop him drunk at 5am entering the apartment with three hookers. They get upset that they have to pay it, and carry on like babies.

I tried to discuss it with VoJect the ******* who booked the apartment originally and was told of all the rules. Instead he told me how expensive the rent was and I told him that he was free to move out In november. I let them stay out the end of the month, Yes I am truly terrible. We cheated these guys how? Next I get a phone call from lordjose the pimp to all online poker players. Saying Ruben was this and that the guy was not even there. Has nothing to do with this except it was his maids. Look there are 3 sides to every story and be my pleasure not to rent to any of you we been here 5 years and have close to a half a million a year in rental sales.
