I'm currently living in Rawai, Phuket w/KKush. Our current lease is up at the end of the month and will be signing a new 6 month lease in Southern Phuket. Right now we are looking at 3-4 bedrooms. Rent will around 15-20K Baht ($500-700) /person +utilities depending on length of stay.

Will post pictures and information as it becomes available.

We are currently fully booked for June/July/August and have 1 open room for September/October/November.

Asking 20K Baht/month +utilities.

Pics:

The pics of the living room have 2 different couches the current one is the larger one.

Right now the room is only available for September; we have it fully booked for the duration of the lease after that. If something changes we'll be sure to let you know.

The house is in Rawai. Just wanted to add that the house has two grind-able internet connections and twice weekly maid service. We can also set up for people to get picked up at the airport and help them out w/ motorbikes/banking/etc.

Just added 3bb premier package internet to the house so we now have 3 different connections, each of which is stable enough for grinding.

Still have the room available for September. Price is somewhat flexible and we have all the verification documents you need to unlock your PokerStars account or change address for other sites aside from the bank account statement, which we can help you get.
