New member for a pokerhouse in Florianopolis-Brazil

Hi guys!
For those who dont know me, i play zoom 200 and 500 under the screename "sphinmx" and i live in Florianopolis/SC with my friend "Ratitobr", who plays zoom 200. We've been living for 1 year together with a poker friend (kovalski1) in a pokerhouse in "jurere internacional". We're 24 and 25 years old.
Florianópolis is one of the best cities not only in Brazil, but worldwide if you are looking for parties, beaches, beautiful people and safety. It has over 40 beaches in its island, plus dozens of others around it. On summer, it's population nearly triple to 1m+ people and Jurere Internacional is the hot spot of the city then (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jx0kCrD7QRA) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQWvIuapOOA), and the most quiet and safe part of the city in the winter. It has places like "Cafe de la musique" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8f0JWlkzlms), "Parador 12" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pT_Ol6atMZc) which is like 3 blocks from here, "Music park" that is a complex of parties, and beach clubs like "Taiko". It's also about 80km from "balneario camboriú" which has two of the greatest music clubs in Brazil: Warung and Greenvalley. So, basically, the situation is that we live in a very nice house near the beach and our friend is moving out next month with his girlfriend and we need a new roommate in order to continue living here since its a very big and sort of expensive house for just the 2 of us. It has 4 suites plus a maid's room, garage for 3 cars, a nice pool integrated with a barbecue grill and the living room with the kitchen. There's also a nice and large room that we use to grind.
Me and RatitoBR live together for 2 years now with others poker players and it has been a great experience: learning and evolving a lot personally and tecnically at poker.
Since we know that tourists are only allowed to stay in brazil for 3 to 6 months, we're thinking about a new member from january to june 2016 (the contract goes until august. There is another player who's gonna stay with us till december now). Besides playing and studying poker, we like to party almost every weekend (mostly eletronic music), so it'd be nice to have someone who likes it. But we'd be excited if you come here with a "tourist mindset" wanting to know everything Florianopolis has to offer when it comes to nature, beaches and stuff. I Guarantee you can't regret.
Regarding the cost, the average to each person every month is about 9-10kR$ (~3-4k usd), including rent (R$4500,00 or about U$1300,00), house keeper, groceries, internet (100mb cable), other regular bills, and we're also including some costs with parties and drinks, which depends on each individual. We share all fixed costs, only excluding these personal ones.
