Heading to Malta with my gf end of November, she's American, I'm British, I know we can both stay 3 months, and for me it's relatively easy to extend said visa, but for her it seems difficult, any advice? Also potentially dumb question, will my UK PS3 work in Malta, I'm assuming I just need a european plug adaptor. Thanks in advance for the help.

Malta has UK plugs.

You dont have a visa for malta or have any limit on how long you can stay.

Boom, thanks, 100 % sure that's not the case for Americans though as they're not part of the EU schengen zone or some thing. 3 months every 6 seems to be the max unless you apply for residency which seems difficult.

After several days of "research" I decided move to Malta next February (around 12nd). I'm spanish, so I'm currently playing PS.es but the players pool is quite low...

I'm looking for meet other grinders who wanna share free time with other grinders, go out, practice some sports but also grind a lot! I know that will be hard (because parties during all the year) but my main goal is focus on my game and play high volume of hands.

Is it easy to find CS jobs in Malta for gaming companies , looking for Scandinavian agents ?

I understand the salary should be around €1500 pr month which is not too bad , considering the cost of living is so much cheaper than in Scandinavia,

And do they want 6 months or 1 year contracts ?

Fwiw tried to get a chair through ebay.it and the price for delivery quoted was 550 euros- seems like local malta stores are the best option :P
Finally got delivery through http://www.maltasupermarket.com/ and it went very well- guy delivering even apoligised for waking me up Imo its worth it for the savings u make on buying water etc. in bulk

Probably have it at klikk or scan, also a small store in baystreet shopping center that has a small selection. Much better value to buy at amazon or online somewhere. Sennheiser is the nuts btw.

Would you say Malta is a better option than Thailand for me and my gf? I'm a mid/high stakes HUNL grinder playing regs only basically and it's important for me that other similar grinders are nearby. She likes to party a fair bit, I don't love it, but don't hate it either.

Malta seems a lot safer than Thailand? Wouldn't want to be worrying about her being on her own all the time. Also, what's living expenses like? I'd prob be accommodating myself and her. How much would it be per month? Any ball park figure would be awesome.

Anything else anyone wants to let me know/suggest a diff place or anything would be much appreciated!

malta prolly one of teh most safe places in europe and def. safet than thailand.

everything else is already answered multiple times during teh last 100-200 posts... if you play mid/high HUNL i don't understand ur expenses question anyways bc there should be only few places in teh world which should worry u in case of living expenses...

I'm just concerned because i'd be paying for 2 of us. And I do like to splash out a fair bit.
