Hey guys.

I'm moving to Malta the end of feb/1st march and I'll be living with a friend that's already there.. But I have some questions though!

1. Do they have any gyms near St. Julians? And what is the price?

2. Is it hard to open a company in Malta, like what do you need to open one? And is it true after 2-3 years you get 6/7 of your taxes back so it's like 5% total tax?

3. What did you guys do with your computer screens (27") + computer? I have a macbook as well..

4. Is there any guitar and advanced english writing/speaking courses near St. Julians?

.. And football sounds great, I'll be 100% in when I come...

I've got a mate renting a 1 bed apartment for 270 per month. Otherwise the Alexandra Hotel will hook you up for 15 euro per night.

Where exactly is that? Or how far from Sliema. And for how long available? I might be interested.

Hey guys,

For those of your who are living in Malta with several roommates, what is your standard electric bill like? Our landlord came down today and said that our electric bill for our first month here (Jan) was 900 euro and i don't know how that could possibly happen. We don't leave lights on at night, we don't turn on our heaters all the time. I'm having a very hard time believing that leaving 3 comps plugged into the wall is costing us 900 euro per month.

Thanks guys,
Mike
