I'm going to Malta for a business trip and was planing to play some poker. Unfortunately the rake seems pretty high...
After some googleish i found this from maltapoker.info

"Most of the regulars at the Portomaso Casino poker room have been waiting for this since a long time, and it’s now official: the rake appplied to all cash games has been decreased.
So far, the rake was between 4 and 7%, depending on the size of the pot. It is now closer to 3%, with 1 euro taken for every 25 euros in the pot (1 euro for a pot between 25 and 49 euros, 2 euros between 50 and 74, etc.). The cap is still fixed at 100 euros of rake..."

This appear to be pretty playable or am I mistaken?
How to interpret the 100 euro cap still fixed? How does this work, only a concern for the high stakes games?

im planning to leave malta permanently mid march or so and id rather sell my uber table+chair than move them.
the table is such that u can higher or lower it by pressing a button (by mechanical means not electrical) so u can stand up while using the pc, which is pretty cool if u have back problems and is generally considered healthy, and it can be nice to just walk up to ur pc and check ur email without sitting down when ur tired.

the chair is basically as adjustable and as good for back as chairs get, not much to add there, however i personally learned that i cant use it because of very specific back problems (i have such back problems that i need to use a chair thats bad for back to not be in a huge amount of pain). thecleaner11 has the same chair and table and is very happy with both (i ordered mine after seeing his setup).

i paid 2.5keur for the chair+table, i obv dont expect any1 to play anywhere close to that, but if some1s interested and is willing to make a dece offer then id much rather give both (or just 1 of the 2) away to highest bidder than move them as i received the table already assembled and disassembling it for shipment might be annoying. so IM me questions/offers, u can get my skype from timstone and thecleaner and some other ppl
