Hi everyone, just registered on the forum, im a professional trader in sports betting and will be moving to Malta in february, i tried to read information online but its not easy since theres not much solid info.

I am moving because currently in my homecountry trading is not licensed.

I know very little about malta, do you guys recommend any particular location where i should find a flat? maybe some Real estate agency? Is it difficult to get the residence permit? I read some posts above opening bank account is very hard? Do you recommend any bank in particular or any way i could get the account opened? I dont mind paying taxes but i dont see right now a better option than Malta, ideally would be the UK but with the brexit situation i guess Malta is the best option

There are a bunch of thai massage places in paceville. Not sure if they rub n tug but the sheer number of them I figure some must. I was tempted to gamble but not a fan of straight massage so haven't bothered. Let us know if you find one.

I just got an email from Pokerstars telling me that I'll be playing under the Malta license from now on. I've been on the Isle of Mann license before now. Does anyone know if there is a difference in player pools?

Yeah nobody is gonna bother you, don't need to register. The further away from Sliema and St Julian's is gonna be cheaper, can check out San Gwann, Gzira and Swieqi. If you really want low living costs it might be better to check out Budapest or Eastern European countries, Malta is a bit inbetween Western-European countries and "cheap".
