I've just rented a place, and after dealing with both Dhalia and Frank Salt I'd definitely recommend Dhalia. Was a very hassle free process from start to finish.

One word of warning though, many of the places you see listed online are not available because they don't update the website frequently. I spent hours picking out my favorite ones, and most weren't even available to view. It's best to just tell them exactly what you want so they can pick some out to view.

The rent prices listed are definitely negotiable too, especially if you can commit to 12 months+

Any advice on what to write in a CV to get a job?

Feels impossible to get one with a basically empty CV.

Depends what kind of work you are looking for really. There are websites out there that offer advice and give example CV's you can view to get a feel for it. I mean, it might not be a real job but poker is life experience and it demonstrates certain skills so your CV won't be completely empty.

I'm not suggesting you do this as it's wrong and probably illegal, but when faced with a similar dilemma years ago I asked my mate who runs his own company if I can put that I worked an admin job for him (therefore experienced in admin stuff like excel etc..)
