hey guys, me and 3 others are planning to go to malta in mid feb for 2 weeks to grind/chill.

any tips on where to stay? also websites to look at the places? budget for the whole place i guess is like $1k a week or less. would we need a car?

Malta is so ****ing dead in winter ... went last night (Friday night !!) to the Portomaso casino to play some live cash game and no players there. Also no cashgame at Dragonara.

lol didn`t know sage is called salvia in Italian, was wondering why salvia would be for sale in a supermarket....

yeah weather is pretty sick considering tho, surprised windsurfing isn`t a huge sport here tho lol, great conditions for it :P

Here most of the poeple use Melita or GO and all the opinion are different between these 2. "Too many problems" "Too slow" etc..

I am with Melita, didn't have a big problems yet with them after more than 1 year. But they are frequent micro disconnections (5-10sec).. Guess have a 3G stick will be better just in case..
