Malta:
U wont get anything apart from airbnb for one months. Almost all landlords want 6 months+, with some you can get a deal for shorter if pay abit markup. Last penthouse i had was 3 month lease iirc but 1 month gonna be tough also bc no agent will help you bc they barely make money on it.

For prices just check airbnb. Malta is very expensive now but will also differ alot if you want to be in sliema or if you are fine with msida or st pauls bay

Is it easy to get proof of residency for location changes in Malta? I need to unify all my accounts--neteller,pokerstars,skrill,etc.--under one address. iPoker and Party are don't service my country of residence where my accounts are registered.

I have HSBC Premier fwiw--might make it simple?

Also have a thin bezel Asus 1080 but prob just tossing it in my suitcase bc it's so light/thin.

Hi everyone, ill be moving on january to malta, 3weeks from now, i still dont know the country but i would like to stay some place easy to access from airport? Any suggestion where i should look for to rent and apartment?

Also, ive read opening a bank account is getting dificult even with bank bov? My income is solely from my winnings on sports betting, how do you think is the best way to have a bank account?

Hi thanks for answer but i wouldnt actually have a problem on paying taxes, at least that way i was able to justify where money comes from in my home country yes if questions are made am im right?
Does any bank in malta still accepts opening accounts when betting money is envolved?
Also what do you recommend as an alternative?

Btw im afraid i didnt catch the funny side about being close to airport?

Most people stay around Sliema, St Julians and Swieqi. You can join apartment for rent groups on facebook but the easiest thing to do is just walk into any of the real estate offices at the promenade between Portomaso and Balluta Bay and ask them, they will take you to visit available apartments at no cost, and there should be an abundance of good options this time of the year.

Dont think alot of players using local accounts and if they do they probably wont tell its poker at account opening

Hsbc is superallergic towards poker and bov closed a bunch of big casino accounts this year so probably would try other banks
