4) Can we opening account with partypoker.com over there?

Hoping can be your roommate.
1 - depends from where u are... if u from the EU all you need is a passport or an identity card, if you are from abroad idk

2 - as long as poker is profitable for you I guess

3 - depends on what u r searching for. We pay a little more than 1k per month per person, but u can definitely find nice places where you only have to pay 400 or 500 a month...

4 - Malta is EU and therefore you should definitely be able to play via Partypoker from there...

They don't look at your grades or anything like that. Don't really need any working experience either, that you're a poker player yourself is probably gonna be a + as well because then you are familiar with the online gambling industry. Making friends down here is ez though.

I was thinking about moving to a place like this because I want to travel and the tax free poker is nice. For people moving here from the US I was under the impression you still have to pay taxes as long as you are a us citizen. Is this false as long as you are living in another country?

if you live out of the US for 360 out of 365 days, you don't pay taxes on your first 85k (somewhere around there) of income.

i'm planning on going down there too, just sounds too awesome from what i've read itt

As i live with my gf i wanted to ask you if you recommend sliema/st. julian's for a couple as well or if theres ONLY party? Im obv a degen too but mostly only on weekends so i wanna have my fair share of sleep as well. Obv i dont wanna live in the woods like gozo. But are there any more laid back areas too? Whats with Valetta?

what i recommend is to come here for a one week holiday, just to check the places and neighbourhood so it is much more easier for u to decide where u want to live for next period of ur life

but imo, definetly go to sliema. it's not that far away from the party center(paceville) and you still have ur own privacy. i live in st. julians, rly close to paceville and its rly quiet in here but i'd rather live few kilometres further from the sin city

valletta is just too far, it's like 20 minutes from st. julians with taxi and it's pretty dead from what i've seen

anyways, best of luck, keep us updated

I got one and there are several people going. I also convinced Lauri to get one. Just go to Nordic bar tonight and pick it up.
