I'm a longtime MTT reg with about 1 million in lifetime earnings. I recently bought a big house and set it up to host my fellow poker pro's. The vision was to have a place you could show up with your laptop and just start grinding - bedrooms and office space available furnished, things like extra monitors already set up when you arrive. The house is spacious at 3500 sq. feet and I've added things like a hot tub and a pool table to make it more relaxing between poker sessions. I'd also like it to see it become a hub for online grinders; a place where pro's living in or visiting Toronto feel they can drop in to talk shop or relax and shoot some pool etc. There's also a conference-style room for group hand reviews. The main theme, of course, is bringing together great players to collaborate, improve, and motivate each other!
I had the intention of mainly hosting friends who travel the live circuit for series like SCOOP between their other stops, but given the state of things... I'm currently looking for full-time poker players already living in Canada (long term stays preferred). As borders open up, I'll be happy to welcome international poker players for long and short term stays. I was intending on hosting full time regs with solid winning records only, but would consider someone a little more up-and-coming that shows lots of promise so don't hesitate to DM me with any questions! What's up gents. I'm currently in a grind house in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with 2 other guys. Our 6 month contract is up on 15 April and I'd like to stay another 6 months, but both of my roommates will be leaving.

The apartment is super central, 600m away from the beach, next door to Walmart, very safe, has a balcony and a beautiful pool on the roof. Total rent is about $1100 divided between 3 based on which room you're in.

in the last 2 years i had much more income from poker than from my work, so at the end of the year i would like to quit my job and become a pro.
i took this decision also to escape from the 9/17 life and live a free life, i ****ing love travel.

i mass grind MTT from 20 to 100 €,but looking to go upper.
Free time is a must, i'm not that kind of poker player who play 24/7.

I'm from Italy, and having a close market i would like to move somewhere in Europe to play with the world, i have really no preferences, but a warm and sunny place is preferred.
I know it's just mid may, but for this kind of thing is better to plan in time.
One of the most important thing i'm looking for is to live with 2-3 other guys or girls with the same goals, because i believe that grind, study and discuss together with people with your same purpose has no price and it's very useful for the career and to go up in levels.

Least but not last: i don't want to listen complain or how bad is your run, only positive vibes and iron mindsets are allowed .
