CHIANG MAI "YELLOW HOUSE":
Pool House (with nice en suite bathroom) available in cool poker house.
Room has grind table and office chair as well.

House is spacious and pretty baller including private swimming pool.
House is near Central Festival Shopping Mall in a quiet Moo Ban (good for jogging, taking a walk etc.)

The house is "famous" and known as the "Yellow House" here in Chiang Mai. You can see pictures of this house here:

The room is available: October 1 - December 15 (lease ends then)

Rent: 499 USD/month including electricity/water/internet/maid+laundry service (6 days per week).
Discounted Rent: 999 USD for the whole 2.5 months
For internet we have a choice of 30 MB Fibre Optic Sinet and 10MB 3BB.

We also have another poker house "next door" (see my other listing in this thread) so you will be part of a nice little poker community of fun guys and dedicated grinders.

Hey Thomas I'm flying into Chaing Mai on 10/30. Is this still available? I love Poker but it isn't my only income and can pay for everything in advance. Thanks.

Starting a poker house in Jaco, Costa Rica January 1st.

Do not have any pictures currently, as the house selection wont start until mid-November. Looking for people who are hard working poker players that appreciate the ocean. PLO players preferred but not mandatory. Must at least be self sufficient, low stakes winner(medium/high preferred). Min-3 month commitment.

It's possible to rent very nice apartment and cheap
