Room might be available in a grind house in Chiang mai ASAP. Its a 5 bedroom house with private pool. All other people in the house is poker players.

The room you would get is my room which is the smallest room in the house. It has no AC, but I havent had a problem with that, I dont even use fans. The rent for whole house is 45K baht but because this room is the smallest and no AC the rent for the room is 4K baht/month. Other then that is electricity which will be cheap because no AC. We also have a fulltime maid (8H/day, 6 days/week), which is 1200 baht/person/month.

So basically if you looking for a baller room, this is not for you. If you wanna live in a super nice and modern house with pool etc for a cheap price and dont spend much time in bedroom except sleeping this is perfect (everybody grinds in living room on a big table).

Other then that Chiang Mai is a really nice city, cheaper then most cities in Thailand and people is more friendly IMO. It has good nightclubs, shopping, good food etc.

Worth noting:I'm gonna try to play as much as possible without overdoing it, so probably 50-70 hours a week for sure. I'm super big into life balance and stuff but at the same time my main focus will be to make money for the few months I'm there. I'm not gonna be totally anti-social by any means but there will probably definitely be nights I opt to stay home and play online rather than go out. I don't do drugs at all and very rarely drink but I'm perfectly okay with and used to being around alcohol/drugs.
