I want to live in a Costa Rica or Mexico poker house starting in January, for a minimum commitment of three months. I want to live in a beach town in a relatively safe area. I am 25 and currently living in a Vancouver poker house (I'm an American from Pittsburgh who left the USA after Black Friday) with two other friends. We get along well, but our lease ends at the end of December and they are going back to the States. I would like to spend much of 2012 traveling to different parts of the world. I play mid-high stakes MTTs ($20-$500s). I am easy to get a long with, I like going out but want to grind 5-6 days per week or so.

I am not too picky about where I want to live, I just want to experience a different part of the world while I am grindin. I want to live with some people who have the money to pay rent, are easy to get along with, speak English, and aren't addicted to meth. Holla at me.

1 room is available in Melbourne from now until the 19th of January if anyone is coming for the Aussie Millions or coming to search for an apartment. It took us 2.5 weeks to find a place (yes it's that hard), internet also at a minimum takes 3 weeks to set up, that is already set up here and expensive. I decided to go home to the states for the holidays so I am leaving it. It is also directly across from Crown Casino, with a good chance of being able to renew the lease. At the very least it is less expensive than a hotel while searching for a place. PM if interested, I'll be in Tokyo the next few days, but I will try to check my inbox.

My brother has been living in Costa Rica for 13yrs. He has high end condos in Hermosa Beach. Due to economy they have been idle and not selling (around 12 unit project).
