The villa is 4 bedrooms + maidroom + makeshift office + pool in good location and is around 1.3k USD/person (including maidservice and electricity). We have another villa next door with same layout and are in total 6 poker players. Players here play everything between 400 and 20k NL/PLO. Commitment is minimum 6 months and preferably 12.

I'm setting up a poker house in Montreal near Playground starting in September. This will be a serious group for MTT online grinders where we will study/workout/play poker preferably with 3-4 other motivated people. During high-value times we can also play live MTT's at Playground. I already have two people interested from my study group, we're all committed to atleast a year of this arrangement.

Our inspiration is the German pros group that dominated MTT's in the past few years who studied and lived together - Bencb, Fedor, Goose.

About us: We're a group of motivated young online grinders that run study session 4 times per week, we're all professionals playing 6-10 hours 5-6 days a week ABI ~ 22$. We get along because we're all extremely process-oriented, chill and low ego guys that just want to focus on crushing.

About you: Online MTT grinder atleast 10$ ABI full time volume and familiar with piosolver/equilab/HRC, sorry no new players.

The plan is to continue running our study sessions as trials to see if we can stand each other as a group then move in together.

Found a great 3 bedroom house with garden in Varna, Bulgaria. Rent would be ~500€.
We actually are 3 people already, but one is missing in action somewhat at the moment and I´d like to seal the deal rather sooner than later.

Timeframe would be around 20th July - mid/late September. Online poker is legal and sites like pokerstars.com are available. There is also at least one poker room to play live in Varna (as far as I can tell form online research), if that´s your interest.
