Last 3 years i've travelled the globe in search for good live NLHE action.

I have a background in 6max and HU online games but for the past 5+ years I've specialised in FR NLHE live games anything from £1/2 - £5/10. The last few years most of my volume has been played at 5/5 or above. I'm back in the UK now during winter and hating it. Obviously id like to be somewhere warmer and able to play decent stakes 5/5 or above.

My monthly budget is $1200 USD or equivalent. Obviously this depends on quality of place, facilities and location. Preferably want to spend less than this amount.

There is a poker/bridge club nearby where they offer cash games and some small tourneys but not sure about that one. Min buy $100 max $500.

Its opposite Sailing club & Vincom, well-equipped kitchen, Smart tv, Free wifi, safety box. Free beach chairs with towels, outdoor swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, secure parking, Room service 24-hour.

Everything you need will be walking distance and the beach is like 30 sec walk lol. Let me know if you are interested and want to see more pictures.

I am currently renting a 3 bedroom house in Brasilito beach, and I am looking for 1/2 roommate, in Costa Rica not too far from nicest beaches in Costa rica(20min walk from the beach, 15 min from supermarket, fish market etc.) near Conchal beach.(In my opinion one of the nicest beach in CR).

House has solar power, optic fiber internet(which is really reliable for Costa Rica) , water, electricity. 350$/month all included. Fully equipped kitchen, new house with handcrafted wood made by the owner(it is so ****** nice really). There will be a bathroom shared for the 2 occupants, washer.
Will ask for a 350$ deposit and the first month. It is not a party house as it is located in a property with family and quiet time is request after 9:30 pm. It is a 3.50$ taxi ride to the nearest party town Tanarindo, this town rocks as far as Costa Rica, it offers more than Jaco, there is even a casino with regular cahs game running and occasional tournament.

We have a 4bedroom Poolvilla in Phuket, Thialand. very nice place and perfect for people to grind, super close to Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach.

Sadly we have to leave after just 8 months so theres 4 months left on our contract for May, June, July, August. Looking for people to take over our contract, can send pics and/or visit anytime. Owner says a follow-up longterm contract would be highly preferred by him, should you guys wanna stay longer, so you can make a new longterm contract with him for sure.
