the most important skill for 100fr is getting away from coolers. If you are really playing that nitty people will realize it and take advantage. If your red line is negative (sounds like it is) then you will slowly bleed money and just coolered while the pros avoid your coolers.

From what i have seen of your posts i suggest you drop down a stake or table select really really well. 50nl is infinitely easier. If you are only 4 tabling anyways your hourly will be best 4 tabling 50nl zoom rather than 4 tabling 100 regular

thing is they consider raising to 3xbb with AA and losing to a set a cooler, or AK flopping a pair vs a set a cooler, i never stack off in those spots, if im getting all in with 1 pair AA or KK postflop its after getting 15%+ of my stack in pre, and im almost never stacking off with AK unless against extreme fish
