Yea I know, but id say it certainly happens with a higher percentage of people of who stay longer term in Cambodia…

Obv the sample is very biased because it’s more likely that someone who stays longer term in Cambodia also has some other issues going on

Damn, sorry to hear. Drugs can really not mix very well with some people, especially if they have some underlying mental health issues going on.

Drugs that have a tendency to make people paranoid + surrounded by shadiness of 3rd world countries where you generally have to assume that a lot of people are up to no good and where life is cheap are a bad combination.

I heard about white grandpas wandering around disheveled with alzheimer during the pandemic with locals giving zero sh*ts (plenty of destitute locals so I'm not blaming them), so if your health isn't good it's best to stay somewhere where you can be sure that you're taken care of.
