without this deal it would be more like $400-$500 a month

Seriously though, I'm pretty sure any kind of drugs, even pot, is pretty bad for anybody that is truly serious about fitness, working out and getting in shape. If you are just doing it, to keep in decent shape though, as I assume K2D is doing, then it doesn't matter.

If he was training for a marathon or some such, he'd probably do better to lay off the drugs entirely.

no i was really talking about bananas there, i usually eat a banana with peanut butter on it after days i lift for some protein, this has helped me become the massive and chiseled figure i am today, but when ive mentioned this over the years certain people that take the gym rrreeeeaaalllllylyyyy seriously will tell ya that bananas are a bad food to eat after a workout, obv i tune them out when they try and explain why and just continue to eat them, so i cant really tell you why, but have been told at least 3 times how drastic of a mistake i am making



found out that at one of the best restaurants around (new sea view villa) they have a really good deal where from 5pm-7pm you can get 2 appetizers and 2 main courses for $10

going to crush that on days i eat bananas

for 2nd time tried to talk the chocolate cake place into giving me some sort of price break, any sort of price break instead of $2 per piece, they wont listen, no 6 for $10, no 2 for $3

explaining to them that i will come in like 3 times a week instead of 3 times a month if i could get lil cheaper means nothing to them

just walked by this dude i met today cuz power was out so hanging around bars room, he has door open and is smoking a J with some other guy he just met tonight while a third guy is cutting the other guys hair, hair going on floor bed whatever

sat around in there for like 10 mins was pretty funny stuff

dude i met in bar earlier said he was from San fran but has been in PI for 6 years and was working as a DJ/floor guy at a bar in angeles, said he was making $50 a day, said i could probably get hired over there doing that easily because they want any young white guy to run the place and i could make $30ish a day to start
